Because you have received a payment of either a retirement or survivor benefit from the MTRS in 2019, at the end of January we will be mailing you your 1099-R tax form. To avoid any delay in receipt of this important tax form, please make sure we have your current mailing address.
If you have recently moved, or will be moving to a new or temporary address in January 2020, please let us know BEFORE December 31, 2019 to avoid delays in receiving your 1099-R.
You can update your address by completing a
Change of Address form, available on our website. For your security, we cannot accept change of address requests via e-mail, fax or over the phone.
