Dear School District Superintendents,
Last week, we asked you to complete the
2019-2020 teacher compensation survey to determine whether you are making changes to 2019-2020 teacher compensation, including base pay, longevity and all other retirement eligible stipends pursuant to your employees' Collective Bargaining Agreements or Individual Contracts.
Please take a moment to complete the
survey by the end of the day tomorrow, Tuesday, June 9th so we can process the retirement applications that have been submitted by your MTRS eligible staff.
A failure to respond will likely delay the first benefit payment for the teachers retiring from your district because we will not be able to finalize their final average salaries.
