- Contact Center Services Administrative Associate
Under the general supervision of the Director and Assistant Director of Contact Center Services, this position is responsible for logging and tracking all files for scanning, performing document preparation, scanning, indexing and validating all agency documents, processing all documents to the correct queue using the Kofax scanning system, performing member reception duties, including answering phone calls; greeting visitors; reviewing submitted forms, sorting and distributing all incoming mail and processing all outgoing mail using Pitney Bowes mailing machine. - IT Support Technician – Contract-to-Permanent
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and senior IT staff, the IT Support Technician provides day-to-day technical support for approximately 125 staff, covering end-user devices, applications, and service desk operations. The IT Support Technician will gain hands-on experience across infrastructure, cloud platforms, end-user support, and vendor management — including Citrix, AWS, Microsoft 365, and Nutanix. - Network & System Administrator – Contract-to-Permanent
The System Administrator administers, monitors, and supports the agency’s enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments, ensuring system availability, security, and performance for approximately 125 staff members. This position works closely with the Chief Technology Officer and senior technical staff.
