1. The payment address for checks changed September 2019.

Checks continue to be mailed to our former address and are being returned to sender by the USPS. Please be sure that you are sending checks to our current address and not our former address.

Be sure to download our revised MTRS Retirement Deduction Submittal Form.

2. Do not include any additional paperwork with the check.

Include only the check and the MTRS Retirement Deduction Submittal Form when mailing the monthly deduction report payment. No additional documentation should be included.

3. Payments are due by the 10th of the month following the reporting period.

All EFT and check payments for the monthly deduction reports should be submitted on or before the 10th of the month following the reporting period.
