The MTRS has resolved the “stop date” issue, and you can now change or cancel a retiree’s health plan. However, please note that if your change requires you to delete a row, (the new coverage has the same start date as the existing plan), you will still need to send that change to InsuranceUpdates@trb.state.ma.us. We are currently testing a fix for the delete button and we will update you when we have additional information.
