You are receiving this message because you have not yet imported your MTRS Monthly Deduction Reports through December 2023. As noted in our email last week, districts must import all their 2023 reports to at least Initial status by 1/31/2024. This will allow the MTRS to complete the Special 2023 R+ Election process for your members and allow the State Actuary to produce the annual MTRS Actuarial Valuation.
We will use the imported deduction reports to verify that your employees have the correct contribution rate withheld in accordance with the R+ Elections they made last year. We cannot calculate and finalize potential invoices/refunds until your district imports this critical data.
