In preparation for the MyTRS upgrade, the MTRS is pleased to announce two new training manuals for Employers: Active Member Deduction Reporting and Retiree Insurance Reporting. We will mail the new manuals directly to your district and post them to our website upon completion of the MyTRS update.

To ensure delivery of your new manuals, please log into MyTRS and verify your mailing address is correct under Employer Management > Employer Information > Contacts. If address corrections are needed, please send them via email ASAP to

As a reminder, MyTRS will be unavailable to Employers from Sunday, November 14 at 9 pm until Monday, November 29 at 6 am.
