As previously indicated in our October 26 email, please send your plan rate changes to insuranceupdates@trb.state.ma.us by Friday, December 2 to guarantee processing in time for the December warrant. Changes received after this deadline may not be processed in time for the December warrant.

To request a rate change, please complete our Group Rate Premium Change form and email it to insuranceupdates@trb.state.ma.us.
