Deduction reports and roster members display issues

Deduction reports
MTRS has become aware that importing a deduction report successfully via Employer Self Service (ESS), will cause all the employer’s reports in the Deduction Reports screen to disappear from view. If you experience this issue, sign out and then sign back in to access all your reports.

Roster members
Utilizing the Generate Retiree Earnings Limit Calculator function in Employer Self Service (ESS) will temporarily prevent all members from being displayed on the employer user’s roster. Otherwise, the calculator is functioning properly. If you experience this issue, sign out and then sign back in to access your roster.

We apologize for any frustration these issues may cause and are actively working with our vendor to investigate and rectify the situation.

Performance delays

We have been receiving reports of slow response time within MyTRS ESS. If the session you are working on takes longer than 30 seconds to refresh after clicking Apply or Save (60 seconds if you have 1000+ members), please press F5 on your keyboard or the refresh button in your browser to refresh the screen. (Your data should be saved to the database even though your browser is not refreshing to display the confirmation.)
